ABOUT DIGITAL PRINTING:
Morgan Chaney’s custom e-commerce mailer boxes use digital printing to add beautiful, simple or complex graphics onto sturdy, corrugated material.
Digital printing is a modern printing method that:
- Involves transferring digital art directly onto a surface via inkjet technology
- Unlike traditional printing methods, does not require the creating of expensive printing plates and dies
- Is a great option for brands looking to avoid pricy setup costs
It's also great for any business looking for a beautiful, high-definition print with a high degree of customization available.

Printing Types
Outside printing: Only the outside of the box will be printed.
Inside printing: Only the inside of the box will be printed.
All sides printing: Both the inside and outside of the box will be printed.
No printing: If you just want a plain custom size box without printing, we can do that too!
Material Options
Standard White: This standard corrugated material has white exterior and interior liners and kraft fluting. In the industry, this is often called "mottled" or #3 white - it’s white, but you’ll still be able to see a little variation in the material.
Premium White: This white corrugated material has a premium, luxurious satin-finish. This option is the brightest white we have available.
Brown Kraft: Natural matte kraft paper on both sides gives a simple, organic feel to the final product. Printing on natural kraft won’t be as brilliant as printing on any white material.
MATERIAL THICKNESS
1/16" E-Flute Corrugated Material
1/8" B-Flute Corrugated Material
How To Measure Your Boxes
Measuring boxes is L x W x H.
(L) Length: With the box standing to face you, measure the bottom of the box from left to right. (W) Width: Measure from front to back. (H) Height: Measure from the bottom to the top of the box. Keep in mind that the measurements are interior dimensions. Rigid boxes are measured using the base not the lid.
NO SETUP COSTS, AND LOW MINIMUMS:
Traditional printing methods like offset and flexographic printing require expensive plates and cutting dies, typically costing hundreds or thousands of dollars.
Our boxes with digital printing technology:
- Use inkjet technology to add your designs to corrugated surfaces
- Are much more cost-effective than traditionally-printed boxes
- Are faster to produce than traditional printing methods
- Require no printing setup costs

Printing FAQ
Q. What types of boxes can be digitally printed?
A. Virtually any type of corrugated box can be digitally printed, including mailer boxes, wine boxes, gift boxes, display boxes, e-commerce boxes, and more. The flexibility of digital printing allows for customization and adaptation to various box styles and sizes.
Q. Can I customize each box with unique information?
A. Absolutely! Digital printing allows for variable data printing (VDP). Each box can be personalized with individual names, addresses, or other simple data. This capability is particularly useful for personalized marketing campaigns, event promotions, or customized product packaging.
Q. How do I know what size box to request?
A. Measure any items you'd like to include in the box - the length, width, and depth of the group of objects together. Add an inch or two, and you should have a rough estimate of the box size you'll need. Or, just talk to one of our consultants, who will be able to help you through the process.
Q. Do you offer free samples?
A. We don't - but before we produce your larger order, we can produce a single box for your review before the full production of your order.
Q. How long will it take for my boxes to arrive?
A. Traditional boxes can take months to produce and ship, unlike our digitally-printed boxes, which only take a matter of weeks. Digitally-printed boxes use production techniques that are much faster, and can (depending on seasonal conditions) be produced in as little as one to three weeks.
Q. Do you charge extra for the number of colors or amount of ink used on a box?
A. Nope! Unlike with traditionally-printed corrugated boxes, we print using digital CMYK inks. Using this process, we can include anything from one color to a full photographic reproduction for no additional charge.
Q. What file formats are accepted for digital printing?
A. We accept lossless file types like PDF, AI, and EPS, and high-resolution image files such as TIF or PSD.
Q. Are these boxes eco-friendly?
A. These boxes are 100% recyclable, and are made from 30-50% recycled paper material.
